Pre-order - Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("terms and conditions") apply when you pre-order a product from Superbusy, both online and by telephone. By pre-ordering, you agree to be bound by these terms, so please read carefully before pre-ordering and keep a copy or note for your records.

Placing a pre-order

Pre-released orders ("Pre-orders") are orders for products ("Products") that are not yet available for general sale at Superbusy www.superbusy.be In order to make a reservation, you must provide certain information, including but not limited to your name, address and billing information. It is your responsibility to ensure that this information is correct and up to date. If we do not have accurate information, we will not be able to keep you informed.

Payments

When you pre-order, you must pay the full price of the product in advance. You can cancel your pre-order at any time and receive a full refund of your pre-order payments before the product is shipped. Pre-order payments do not guarantee the availability of the Product, but represent your offer ("Offer") to purchase the Product when it is generally put up for sale. We reserve the right not to accept your offer and your offer will not be accepted until the pre-ordered product has been paid & shipped.

Delivery

Where possible, orders will be shipped to you or ready to be picked up as soon as possible, subject to availability. Delivery takes longer for some areas. Release dates are subject to change. As a result, we cannot be held responsible for any changes in release dates or pre-order windows advertised by us.

Cancellation

Any party may cancel a reservation at any time, for any reason, before we notify you that the product has been shipped ("Notice of Dispatch"). If the cancellation occurs before the dispatch notice, you are entitled to a full refund of your prepayment. The purchase of the product is subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be communicated to you in your order confirmation before completing your purchase. When you buy something from our online store, the purchase terms of our online store also apply. We reserve the right to change these terms. Check our website for updates. These conditions are governed by Belgian law. All disputes or proceedings fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts according to Belgian law.
